What exactly are OFFCUTS?
OFFCUTS are the last remaining pairs, ex-display shoes, or slightly imperfect stock from OFFICE. They are 100% authentic and offer a sustainable way to shop high-end brands at a lower price point.
How do you rate the condition of the shoes?
Every pair is individually inspected and assigned a grade from P (Pristine) to G (Good). We provide detailed descriptions and photos of any specific marks or wear so you know exactly what you are buying.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return policy. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days within the UK. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your new kicks sooner.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the UK. Please check our shipping page for the most up-to-date list of international destinations and associated customs fees.
Will you restock a specific size or style?
Because our stock consists of unique 'offcuts' and end-of-line pairs, we rarely restock the same item twice. If you see something you love in your size, we recommend grabbing it before it's gone!
