We want you to love your unique finds, but if your OFFCUTS purchase isn't quite right, you can return items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that as we stock end-of-line and ex-display items, we currently offer refunds only and cannot process direct exchanges.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place your unworn footwear back into its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to qualify for a refund.

• 2.
  Create a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to generate your prepaid shipping label or QR code; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point or local post office, making sure to keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
